How to get discounted tickets to Summit Observatory in NYC

How to get discounted tickets to Summit Observatory in NYC

Yes, Summit One Vanderbilt is the only observatory that is not yet part of any of the major New York City’s attraction passes. I highly recommend the passes for those who want to save money on various attractions, including tickets for the other 4 observatories in the city. To learn more about the passes, click HERE!

But you can still buy discounted tickets for the Summit even without the passes or being subscribed to their newsletter. And the best part is that you can buy tickets with free cancellation! Scroll down for more info.

How to buy discounted tickets to the Summit?

Yes, you can get 10% off plus no processing fee and free cancellation!

Tiqets is a famous platform that sells tickets to major attractions and experiences all over the world. My followers have a special discount code for 10% off + $3 fixed discount (totaling almost $6 off per ticket)! After your purchase, the ticket will available through the Tiqets app and your email. Just show it at the Summit entrance, and you’re good to go! You can also cancel for any reason (let’s say the weather isn’t what you expected the week of your visit or maybe your plans changed).

To get the 10% discount, simply book your desired time slot through the blog’s affiliate link on Tiqets HERE and enter the code NYABOUT10OFF.

How and where to enter the discount code?

After choosing the desired date and time for the visit, a little further down on the same page it says: Have a discount code? Add it now! Pictures below:

Just enter the code NYABOUT10OFF, and you’re done! You will receive a 10% discount, and the site will not charge the $3 processing fee that the official Summit site charges, so even without the discount code, it’s already cheaper! Buy HERE!

About Summit

Summit is located in Midtown next to Grand Central (you enter through there), close to Times Square, offering a different view from all the other observatories and you can see all the other ones from there!

Summit is located on the top of One Vanderbilt, a commercial building with a height of 1,401 feet (about 427 meters), being the tallest in midtown Manhattan and among the 30 tallest buildings in the world!

There are different rooms that offer unique experiences. Sounds, lights, mirrors, from beginning to end, I even forgot I was in the heart of Manhattan. The elevator to the 91st floor is also a preview of what the full experience offers.
