Exploring Boston – Our stay at the No284
I’ve been to Boston at least 3 or 4 times in the past 10 years, but I must admit that I never really experienced Boston until this past weekend. Ryu and I took some much needed time off to experience the winter in Boston at the cozy No. 284, an elegant guest house in the heart of Boston and I wanted to share a little bit more of our days with you.
As you can see by my outfit, it wasn’t that typical winter day in Boston or New York this past weekend, so we were able pack lighter and got to see the best of Boston in 2 days (stay tuned for our complete itinerary!).
The hotel is located at the beautiful Commonwealth Avenue and it blends perfectly with all the other fancy townhouses, so you do get the local and elegant yet casual vibe. I felt at home and I highly recommend the hotel for a romantic getaway!
Our room had all the amenities we needed. My favorite (besides the BEST PILLOWS!) was the closet with plenty of room to lay out all my clothes and to hide my mess as well. The kitchen had everything we needed, so we decided to have breakfast in the room on Sunday to relax a bit more and enjoy the view. The library/dining room on the first floor was one of my favorite things about the hotel, there was a beautiful fireplace, which makes the room super cozy and it was the perfect way to start the day, surrounded by books and other friendly guests! There was also a patio if you feel like having breakfast outdoors.
Thank you for having me No. 284, I had a great time and can’t wait to go back to Boston! For more information make sure to check the hotel’s website HERE and Instagram!
