Dominique Bistro
Bonjour! If you are looking for some French food and sophisticated vibe, the option today is the Dominique Bistro in the West Village. The bistro is located at the historic intersection of Christopher and Gay Street – which I highly recommend the visit, the streets are so charmy! On the menu you will find a variety of wines, cheeses, special drinks, traditional dishes and desserts. The bistro concept is to offer Parisian food with traditional French finesse and flavor. Chef Dominick Pepe curated the delectable menu to showcase the rich artisanal history of french food, which includes beef bourguignon, chateaubriand and butterfly light chocolate soufflés! The chef has an extensive background in European cuisine and he is also the head chef at Olio e Piú, the Italian restaurant I love in the same neighborhood. The Dominique bistro is located at 14 Christopher Street. Click HERE to see my complete post about it!
